Anglopreklad focuses exclusively on Slovak to English translation, primarily in the fields: economics, finance, banking, legislation and law, correspondence, annual reports, websites, press releases and media monitoring reports. We have particular experience with clients in the utilities sector. We do not provide official (sworn) translations.

As a rule we recommend the standard option, which is suitable for most ordinary purposes.

The premium option includes additional rewriting for a more polished style. The client is invited to comment on or make adjustments to the text before finalisation.

The express option offers an extraordinarily fast translation for cases where speed is more important than quality. This option is suitable only for internal purposes or working correspondence.

We also offer lessons in Slovak to English translating. For organisations employing in-house translators such training offers an efficient means of improvement by answering translators' questions and serves to establish a common knowledgebase among your translators, who often otherwise work without sufficient guidance. Lessons are most efficient when held quarterly as whole-day sessions.
